We want to keep your rental experience simple and hassle-free. It doesn’t matter if you’re renting for a road trip or because your vehicle is in the shop — a little planning goes a long way!
Here are a few helpful tips to ensure everything runs smoothly.

2. Give yourself a buffer when booking during repairs
If you're renting a vehicle while yours is in the shop, we recommend booking your rental for a little longer than the repair shop's estimated completion date.
Delays happen more often than you'd think, and we need to have our vehicles returned on time for the next scheduled renter, even if your vehicle isn’t ready yet.
Better safe than scrambling.
3. Know your rights with insurance rentals
If your policy includes rental reimbursement, you have the right to choose where you rent from — even if your insurance company suggests someone else.
Sometimes they’ll push their preferred providers because of corporate discounts, but you’re not required to use them.
You’re free to rent from Virtue Ventures and still qualify for your reimbursement.
4. We have multiple pickup locations for your convenience
You can pick up your Virtue Ventures rental from one of our three locations:

If you're picking up your Virtue Ventures rental from our office at the Quality Center for Business (San Juan College campus), please note that personal vehicles can’t be left there. Be sure to have someone drop you off so your pickup goes smoothly.

What's your insurance policy?
Renters are required to carry their own insurance with liability, comprehensive and collision.
Please verify with your insurance provider whether your current policy extends coverage to rental vehicles. Coverage can vary based on your policy type and provider, and it’s important to confirm before renting a vehicle to ensure you are properly protected.

What do I need to rent a car?
